How do I download my mockups or templates?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an instant download link via email. You can also access your files directly from your account.
What file formats do your templates come in?
Our templates and mockups typically come in:

Sometimes Canva-ready formats

Can I edit the templates?
Yes. All templates are fully editable. You can customize text, colors, images, and layouts to match your brand or project.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship our art prints within Kenya. This allows us to ensure faster delivery times and maintain the quality of every order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location within Kenya, but typically:
Nairobi: 1–3 working days
Outside Nairobi: 2–5 working days
You’ll receive updates once your order is processed and dispatched.
How are the prints packaged?
All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition—flat-packed or rolled depending on the size of the artwork.
Can I arrange pickup instead of delivery?
In some cases, we may allow local pickup arrangements. Reach out to us directly to confirm availability.
Can I use your mockups and templates for client work?
Yes—you can use them for personal and client projects. However, you cannot resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Physical prints: Returns or exchanges may be accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect
Digital products: Due to the nature of downloads, these are non-refundable

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos and your order details. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
